AMIA looking to have NAFTA respect origin regulations

Prior to the start of the works to update the NAFTA, Eduardo Solis, President of the Mexican Association of the Automotive Industry (AMIA), explained that the proposition to present is to work on free trade while respecting the origin regulations. He assured that there are coincidences among vehicle manufacturing associations to support free trade. Eduardo Solis revealed that in the so called "room next door", he was appointed representative of this sector for the negotiations to modernize the NAFTA.
