    Mexico City.- Between January and June this year, ProMexico attracted investments for US$7.033 billion, a little more than 50% of the goal set for 2012: US$14 billion. Carlos Guzman Bonfill, General Director, ProMexico, said that in the first half of the year 54 multi-annual projects were materialized, which will generate more than 25,000 jobs. “Capital injections concentrated mainly in automotive industry with US$3.152 billion; energy with US$935 million; food US$314 million; in addition to logistics and infrastructure, where US$228 million were received”, Guzman Bonfill declared.
