    Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua.- The Center for Suppliers Development, Centro Nacional de Desarrollo de Proveedores (CENADEP), calls companies interested in participating in the National Maquiladora Industry Convention to be held at Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco from November 7th to the 10th to approach their facilities at Maquiladoras Association, for they will be organizing the event this time. Martin Gonzalez de la O, Director, CENADEP, informed that there are 120 stands available for exhibition at the tradeshow, which will be attended by around 1,200 maquiladoras from all over Mexico. He said that the purpose is fostering the local chain of supply, and they therefore invite companies that provide services to the industry to participate and speak about their cases of success at the meeting. He further said that CENADEP currently has 230 companies under the approval process and 47 companies that have already been approved as suppliers. Source: mexicowebcast
