Director of the Houston Office Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT)
Mr. Willey has served as a U.S Customs Senior Inspector, Supervisor and Chief Inspector. Prior to his current role as the Director to the Houston C-TPAT office, he was the Chief CBPO for passenger processing at the Houston Bush Intercontinental Airport and was involved in the design of the Federal Inspection Building; this building is the largest Federal Inspection Area in the United States. He has been assigned to numerous temporary assignments in different locations both domestically and internationally. Mr. Willey has conducted training courses at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy in Glynco, Ga.
