Mr. Torres is a certified actuary with post-graduate studies in business administration. His main professional focus has been with large Mexican and multinationals based in the Americas on a wide variety of Human Resource consulting assignments, ranging from General HR Consulting, M&A, Health and Group benefits and flexible benefit programs to the design of retirement benefit programs and HR organisations. Mr. Torres has worked with Alfa, Avon, Banamex, Bimbo, Delphi, Emerson, Hewlett Packard, Monsanto, Nortel Networks, PBG, PepsiCo, Tyco and ArcelorMittal among other large Corporations.
