Mr. Suarez holds a Mechanical-Electronic Engineering degree. In 1998 he arrived to INA as foreign trade manager with the commission to serve as coordinator of the negotiations of the free trade agreement Mexico would sign with the European Union. Following, he represented the automotive sector in several trade negotiations with countries or regions like Japan, Colombia, Venezuela, Central America, Israel, Mercosur, among other. In 2001 he is promoted to Operations Manager, two years later to General Manager, and since December 2006 he was named Executive President by de Board of Directors. During this time he has been responsible of several industrial and competitiveness policies for the auto-parts sector in Mexico. INA represents national and foreign companies that have manufacturing facilities in the country either for original equipment or aftermarket.
