Rosalyn Wilson is an independent consultant with over 30 years of experience in the transportation field. She has extensive experience in research and writing; data collection and analysis; modeling and benchmarking; and management tasks such as policy formulation, business process redesign, infrastructure systems analysis, market analysis, and institutional strengthening. Much of her experience has been in the transportation and logistics industry. Her practice focuses on the analysis of the performance of various sectors of the industry and identifying and analyzing key issues facing the transportation industry. Rosalyn is the author of the Annual State of Logistics Report® and the co-author of Securing Global Transportation Networks.
