Frank De Los Santos has been a Supply Chain Security Specialist (SCSS) for a little over 19 months for the Houston Field Office.

Security Specialist was with US Customs for seven years and with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, for the last eight years. Prior to his selection as an SCSS, Security Specialist De Los Santos was a uniformed supervisor on the southwest border at the Port of Laredo, responsible for the FAST Lane Driver Enrollment Center and as the Port of Laredo C-TPAT coordinator since 2003.

Originally from Laredo, Texas, he has extensive experience in understanding and dealing with border carriers and has visited countless manufacturers and highway carriers in Mexico as part of the BASC program.
