GAYOU JULIO HUMBERTO

Graduated from Universidad Anahuac and with studies at the Law School and at Yale Law School, Mr. Gayou is a Professor at the Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey. Member of associations and organizations as the Council for Industrial Development of El Paso, the National Association of Corporate Lawyers (ANADE), Chihuahua division and the International Associate of the Texas Bar Association. Mr. Gayou has lectured in several countries about the way to do business in Mexico and about the North American Free Trade Agreement. Among his areas of practice are Foreign investment, Transportation, Corporate Law, International business, Patents and trademarks, Co-investments, Mergers and acquisitions, and Assembly plants.
