Martin Ferrell is Global Vice-President, Manufacturing for Meggitt Aircraft Braking Systems, headquartered in Akron, Ohio. He has spent more than 25 years in aerospace operations holding numerous positions in manufacturing and manufacturing engineering. Since 2005, he has been responsible for creating and implementing a manufacturing strategy for Meggitt utilizing a global approach. Martin has the led the efforts resulting in establishing two Mexican facilities for aerospace production. In addition, he is responsible for integrating manufacturing operations between Meggitt U.S. and U.K. entities. Martin completed undergraduate work at The Ohio State University in Mechanical Engineering (B.S.M.E) and holds a Masters of Science in Manufacturing and Innovation from Michigan State University (M.S.M.I). He has participated in various leadership training at Oxford University in the U.K. and Harvard Business School in Cambridge.
