Mr. Angulo is member of Baker & McKenzie's Mexican Corporate, Banking, Finance and Major Projects Practice Group. His legal experience relates to foreign investments in Mexico with focus in the Maquiladora industry, general corporate, banking and finance, project finance, privatizations, mergers and acquisitions, industrial, agricultural, and commercial projects throughout Mexico. Mr. Angulo serves as Counsel for Foreign Investors in Mexico in developing manufacturing projects, helping his clients to introduce their projects into the Mexican business and legal environment. Mr. Angulo was a member of President Vicente Fox Transition Team, in charge of advising in regulatory changes in the area of International Economic Affairs. Mr. Angulo represents multiple Fortune 500 clients and prominent European and Asian Companies, and serves as liaison partner for the Firm for Chinese and Indian business in Mexico.
