Mr. Ruanova received his J.D. law degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California in 1987. He took a course on environmental and real estate law at Harvard University in 1999, and is admitted to practice law throughout Mexico since 1987. Among his practice areas are environmental impact and risk, waste handling and disposal, occupational health & safety, administrative contested litigation, among other.
