Jaime Rojas is Director for Baker & McKenzie's offices in Mexico City. He is member of the Swiss partnership Baker & McKenzie International. As a multinational companies advisor he has wide experience in several areas, including International Tax Planning, Border Transactions and merges and purchases. Before joining Baker & McKenzie, he was partner in the Tax Area with Ernst & Young Mexico and Central America. He was also member of the staff of the Tax Offices Ernst & Young Dallas has in Mexico.
His background includes a membership in the International Fiscal Association. He was included in the 2004 Guide to the World's Leading Tax Adivors, published by Euromoney Publications from London. He is also one of the advisors recommended for tax issues in Mexico in the annual survey carried out among 1000 corporate tax directors by International Tax Review.
