Ms. Ortuño is the manager of two syndicated automotive studies at JDPA, the Mexico Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction Study (MVOSS) and the Customer Retention Study (CRS). In this position, she conducts, analyzes, and presents results of MVOSS and CRS primary market research to senior management of OEM clients with the goal of providing deeper insights and understanding of brand and model performance within the automotive industry, both in the domestic and Mexican market place. Ms. Ortuño has over 5 years of automotive industry experience.
