MCCADDEN RAFAEL - MEXICONOW

Mr. McCadden joined Colliers International mid 2005 after his participation for more than 8 years as executive director of the Mexican Association of Business and Industrial Parks (AMPIP), a Real Estate Development organization - similar to NAIOP in the USA - that groups over 200 Industrial Developments. He is currently responsible nationwide for the Industrial Division in Mexico, focusing on Logistics and the Maquiladora Industry. He is also in charge of site selection, incentives negotiation and expansion or relocation of foreign and domestic companies for manufacturing and distribution centers. He has been involved most of his professional life in Retail, Residential and Industrial RealEstate Development both in the US and in Mexico, and has an intimate knowledge of the various Mexico industrial areas, the site selection pro’s and con’s, the cost of real estate and the federal, state and local community incentives.
