Mr. Maldonado is plant manager with 28 years of experience running Mexico plants for U.S. companies, and is responsible for developing teams to run and grow profitable plants by accomplishing short, med, and long term objectives, related to the manufacturing of quality products, produced on time and at no more than the predetermined cost using growth as a strategy to reduce the percentage of the fixed cost. Currently, he is also Vice-president of CANACINTRA North zone.
