Mr. Guerra has a degree as Industrial Engineer from Universidad Anahuac and a master’s degree in Economy from the University of Southern California; he also has other studies in Industrial Waste Recovery and Funds Raising. He has worked for transnational companies in the communications and auto parts fields and was Minister of Economic Development for the State of Mexico Government. He chaired the State of Mexico Symphonic Orchestra Trust and has been Economy, Calculus and Financial Math professor in several universities.
