Mr. Ewers has 49 years career in the Automotive Industry, he started as Manufacturing Engineer in Volkswagen Germany, later Mercedes. Willi has 20 years in Mexico and has wide experience in business development and starting up new plants and has been successful in developing training concepts and leadership development.
11 years ago Mr. Ewers joined Magna starting up three Greenfield plants in Mexico and two joint ventures in South America.
He also participates in Associations of the Mexican Automotive Industry.
