Mr. Castro has participated in strategic employment planning representing national and foreign investors such as Cigarrera La Moderna, BAT (British American Tobacco), IBM, PEMEX, Sara Lee, Delphi, Sanmina-SCI, Magna, Siemens, etc. Furthermore, he has participated in the strategic planning of collective terminations for multinational companies, such as Goodyear and Champion, among others. He is a representative of the Nuevo Leon Maquila Industry Association before the Labor Commission of the Mexican Republic Employers’ Confederation and Coordinator of the Labor Committee of the Maquila Export Industry Council in Mexico.
