Following a Navy Aviation career, Mr. Caine gained many years of corporate real estate management services including investment sourcing. He initially worked at Torrey Enterprises (now Manchester Financial Group) in portfolio management and leasing projects. He was named "National Salesperson of the Year" at Merrill Lynch Commercial for leadership and completing 30 major commercial transactions and was a top producer at CBRE. For the past 15 years he has been a leading international corporate services consultant in the United States & throughout Latin America, and he now specializes in Mexico representing many OEM's and their suppliers.
