Mr. Almanza is a Mexican Customs Broker since 1994, he is the executive Vice president of the Mexican Confederation of Customs Associations since 2007 and he is in charge of the commission of Mexican Customs operations. Also he is the President of the firm Grupo AV. Since 2003 this company has been growing up and offering solutions to the foreign trade partners. Mr. Almanza was president of the local customs broker association in the Reynosa port for the period 2006-2007 where he offered the knowledge and service to traders, industrials farmers breeders, and to those that need to safeguard state interest in import and export, he contributed tremendously to the growing of the region and the international trade. During the period of 1996-1999 Francisco was the president of COPARMEX Mexican Employers Confederation in Reynosa City, which is a union of voluntary affiliation, consisted of businessman of all sectors that seek their representation on the labor and social field.
