Fernando Joaquin Ramirez Coronel, a student at Mexico's National Institute of Technology (TecNM), from the specialty of Mechatronic Engineering, will start his participation in the program “Scientific Summer 2017” by the National University of Aerospace Research (SSAU) in Samara, Russia. Fernando will take a course on nano satellites, which is an emerging technology that promises great achievements. Ramirez Coronel said that Russia is the only country that continues sending staff to the Station International Space.
