Industrial park construction authorized near AIQ

The local Congress has authorized the government of the State of Queretaro to sign a trust deed with the firm Real Estate 2 to build an industrial park on a surface of 103 hectares within the perimeter of Queretaro's Intercontinental Airport (AIQ). When this new complex is completed, it will have an extension of over 805,000 square meters. This development is expected to be 100% complete in 12 years. Marco Antonio del Prete Tercero, Secretary of Sustainable Development, assured that this complex will help attract more investment and generate nearly 10,000 direct jobs.
