Leoni to generate 3,000 jobs in Yucatan

The opening of the "Leoni" machining plant in Merida's Periferico Oriente, will generate over 3,000 jobs, informed Luis Felipe Lopez Mezu Alonzo, President of the Mexican Association of Export Maquiladoras in Yucatan. Moreover, this German-based company will produce automotive harnesses for several brands, such as Mercedes Benz. Lopez Alonzo explained that now the Association has 29 member companies, upholding over 25,000 jobs created.
