German automotive firm BMW is getting ready to start operations in 2019 at the plant in Mexico, the number 31 globally. The complex located in San Luis Potosi (SLP) will be the most modern worldwide, according to the CEO of the firm, Herman Bohrer. Jorge Noguera, Global Sourcing and Purchase Manager of the BMW plant in SLP, said that Korean suppliers will be arriving into the State and even though they have not reached out to them yet, if BMW's quality requirements are met, they might start business relationships.
