Newly created Puebla-Tlaxcala automotive cluster

With investment worth four million pesos, authorities from the Tlaxcala and Puebla government signed the Constitution of the Automotive Cluster, which has the objective of strengthening the auto parts industry in the region. Ten companies from the auto parts sector will set up in the region, with the objective of boosting the economy of both States. The Executive President of the Mexican Automotive Association, Eduardo Solis Sanchez, affirms that the conformation of the automotive cluster in the Puebla-Tlaxcala region represents a common alliance to face the future of NAFTA. The automotive sectors in Canada, US and Mexico are closer together than ever before and looking to modernize this agreement based on the competence of each one of these Countries.
