Officers from the Saudi Food and Drugs Authority (SFDA) are currently evaluating the production system of Mexican bovine meat, with the purpose of opening exportation to the Arabic Country. The auditors visited corrals, locations for Federal Inspection Type (TIF) and food processing plants in the States of San Luis Potosi and Michoacan. Besides, the officers conducted inspections to the infrastructure of National Agri-food Health, Safety and Quality Service (SENASICA) in order to warrant the health and safety conditions of the food Mexico exports.
