Fredric Garcia said that Mexico is the country with competitive and qualified labor force and with more FTAs in the world, a great asset. The respect to the intellectual property in the aeronautic industry is highly valued and that allows it to move forward. “If Mexico wanted to go from a 6% to a 10% of the world export market, this would represent potential exports of US$300 billion. To accomplish this, Garcia considers of primary importance the triple helix, made up from authorities, universities and the private sector. He concludes: “We think we can go very far”.
